Experience
I passed out in 2007, and went to work at slideshare LLC which is the world’s largest presentation sharing site. It was a great experience where i made their first facebook application and went on to work with their back end conversion setup. After that, I had a great opportunity of working with one of the best hackers in India, Sirtaj Singh at mpower mobiles LLC. It was a truly blessed experience where i learnt a lot about human behaviour and startup structures.
In December 2008, I founded my first startup kwippy with 2 co-workers from slideshare [K.A.Anand, Mayank Dhingra]. this was the start of an amazing journey which still continues today. This enabled me to work with a lot of people who were willing to experiment and create value. The skills that were learned here got quickly applied at mosambe [with kaasu ventures] which has become quite a sophisticated offering today.
Technology has always excited me, Computers being one part of it. The overall product strategy and evolution is something that I have wanted to
master and know more about. Recently, I started work with Green Flip which is an amazing platform for the youth to express their support of nature.
My career goal or focus has been to work on startup [my own or others is usually not the most critical question to answer]. It should be usable and most importantly make someone happy in the process, it usually does not require crazy awesome technology, but doing the basics right. I would say web 2.0 makes the web usable for a whole lot more people, itsĀ intuitiveĀ and an extension of the real world in a lot of sense.
