Cryptuon Research (Boom Protocol) - United Kingdom
Multi-chain API and MPC wallet platform. Secured more than $2.5M in investor commitments and commercial letters of intent.
Cryptuon Research (also known as Boom Protocol) worked at the intersection of distributed systems and applied cryptography: a multi-chain API that let existing Web2 applications reach multiple blockchains without each one integrating its own client, and an MPC (multi-party computation) wallet built for high-capacity cloud deployment rather than a single device. The federated learning research from the same period fed into later work on privacy-preserving distributed training.
